I have a secret to admit… This granola recipe was created based off my many failed attempts at making muesli bars! Rather than resembling a bar, the final product simply looked like clumpy granola.

I don’t usually venture too far from the traditional Greek Salad – cucumbers, tomatoes and FETA are one of my favourite combinations. There are certain dishes however, such as seafood, which I love to serve with another type of salad. Bean Salad!
I LOVE FOOD! Be it sweet, savoury, sour or bitter, from pasta to soup, cakes and chocolate, I truly love to eat it all!! As a family, I really focus on ensuring we mainly eat healthy, nutritious and beneficial foods. However, I also allow my girls to eat chocolate, ice cream, cupcakes and whatever else lights up their beautiful little faces.
Despite how often I have tried, I am not a baby book person! You know the ones: ‘your first word’, ‘your first tooth’, ‘your first steps’… I love the idea of them and they truly are a beautiful keepsake. However, by the time I get around to filling them out, I am 6 months behind and scratching my head trying to remember when everything has happened!
I first heard about the Thermomix a few years ago through my girlfriend. She swore it was a cost saving, time reducing, all-in-one machine. She also mentioned the price... I thought she was crazy! That was (initially) the end of my Thermomix journey.
